Look for items that your children would enjoy.May I offer a few practical suggestions with these at-home activities? I only use Evernote about once a week, but I do love it as a filing cabinet/dumping ground for odds and ends. Here are some creative and fun learning activities links from my blog for your children to enjoy at home as we move into unprecedented changes in our lives with self-isolation and lockdowns due to the global covid-19 outbreak. If you don't save a lot of information from the web you might not ever need it. That seems like where I am going - I haven't figured out how to easily clip material from websites right into Onenote, whereas Evernote's clipper is excellent. I read an article online (and can't remember what site) where the author said he used Evernote for research and Onenote for organization and planning. I would like to have the drill from Christian Studies too, and was thinking about using my scanner app in the iPad to get a rough copy in there. I am wondering if I want to make my own and put it there, I just don't know. I haven't figured out how I want to do Latin, since there isn't a pdf of recitation for each Form. I chose to put the entire document on my page. I just took the pdfs of Kinder, First and Second grades recitation and put them in my "notebook." You can copy the entire PDF or just copy a link to the file. From a homeschool planning perspective, it does all that I need. I just started using Onenote (Mac version) and love it. We are building a house and I've been using Evernote to file all of the product pictures/specs I snap when visiting a showroom. I do this mostly for household things like random website passwords or scraps of paper with crazy notes that my kids drew during school. I love not having scraps of paper everywhere. You can take a picture of a business card and file it there. I dump notes, or pictures, or clips from websites, with tags, and then search the tags when I am looking for something. I've been using Evernote for several years, but it is not as useful to me as Onenote. Thanks MP for giving us this new section for posting!
